About the Creator

I have always played around with jewelry and enjoyed the creative process of it. I am a lifelong lover of horror and science fiction so merging this with jewelry making is a dream that has become my reality.

At the end of 2024 I was in a near fatal car accident and imaging from this car accident led to the discovery of breast cancer on my right side. I have a high risk gene for it so I opted for a double mastectomy with reconstruction.

Recovery from a double mastectomy is rough and you cannot bring your arms up more than a 90 degree angle. I have always been a “doer” as a healthcare worker and became very depressed. To occupy my time I started making beaded bracelets that have “FUCK CANCER” in morse code.

I chose to give them to the staff at my surgeon’s office as a thank you gift.

Many friends and family said I should start a business! I wanted to make sure I was doing everything I could to ensure my bracelets were quality and not going to fall apart so I looked into welding my jump rings closed and led to me discovering the permanent jewelry community and micro tig welding.

I aim to have ready made pieces using fine metals, real gemstones, crystals, glass, and ethically sourced bones and teeth. That last bit might sound concerning or scary, but I live in a woodsy area of western Washington which affords me access to bones from wildlife that have passed and decomposed naturally on my property. I degrease and disinfect them properly and then incorporate them into my works.

Thank you for taking the time to read this far, I hope you can get some joy out of my works.
